Yes, Neptune Systems explicitly stated that the 10% discount can be "given to customers on all Neptune Systems products." We're just not allowed to sell it for the discounted rate until Black Friday (ends midnight Cyber Monday). So we'll drop all those prices, no coupon will be required.
