Which LED fixture?

I have a 5.5 gallon tank that I will be addind zoanthids and LPS to in January. I currently have 2 40 watt power compacts, 1 white and 1 actinic, but they cause so much heat and evaporation in my tiny tank. I am looking around for LED fixtures. I found these 2. Which do you think would be best for me?

The light from Dr. F&s won't be enough for any corals. The finnex I'm not sure about. Buy a par38 from coral compulsion. They have the gently used section if you want to save a few bucks.

the coral compulsion par30s i use are awesome, not a single complaint, and more than enough for your application

Is that just the bulb? Then I have to buy the part to screw it into?

Which light do I need? The 18k or 22k? What do you have for the lamp part? The coral compulsion one is $50. Would either of these work?

any par light youll have to buy the fixture, i have both the 14watt fuge grow and the 14 watt reef light, and i built my own fixture

any e26/e27 light fixture will work. how you want it to look depends on your setup. i made a $8 pendant light from ikea using an e26 hanging socket for $5 and a stainless steel utensil holder for $2. drilled a 1 1/2" hole in the bottom for the utensil holder and screwed on the socket. looks good and didnt break the bank.

I ordered the 18k light frim coral compulsion and a fixture from Amazon. They should both be here on Friday. I'll set it all up on Monday and post a picture.
