20ish Frags - Help me ID them please?

Hey all

 

I went to the Frag Swap in Brooklyn and decided to finally stock my tank with some corals that will grow large and colorful. My parameters are okay, just having an algae problem which I added a GFO reactor. I have a PLS-50 Elite skimmer being broken in my QT tank downstairs, and I run Chemi Pure Elite + Purigen.

 

I use a Maxspect Razor 420r on my Nuvo Fusion 30L, and I have a Jebao RW-4 and a WP-10 all set up.

 

Flow, lighting, filtration all seems good, so I figured it was time to add LPS coral frags en masse. I decided to dodge SPS for now until I can get my water levels to pristine quality.

 

I know many are Zoas/Paly/Mushrooms, but I am confused on some of the other (harder) ones. I guess maybe they're acans/favias? I just want to be able to provide for them so they don't shrivel up and die.

Hey dude! Had no idea you're on nano reef too. Looks like somebody spent a fortune at the swap! I'll help ID as much as I can.

 

1. Green eye favia

2. Another favia but not sure what kind

3. Blue/purple mushroom

4. Some kind of Zoa

5. cant tell. Either a acan lord or Acan echinata

6,7. Green rim acan lord

8. Facing the wrong way! Probably a Zoa or Paly.

9. Some kind of Zoa

10. Flaming Sun Zoa.

11. Eagle eye Zoa.

12. Blue mushroom

13. Some kind of Zoa

14. Can't see the center but might be rainbow Acan Lord

15. Might me dragon eye Zoa

16. Green Button Paly

17. You might have gotten yourself a SPS there. Looks like some sort of plating montipora. Really can't tell from the pic.

18. Can't see blurry

19. Can't tell blurry but looks like a green ricordea or green mushroom.

 

With the maxspect Try turning down the blues in future when u want to take pictures. Cell phone cameras don't do so well with blue LEDs. And try turning off your pump and it helps with a steady hand or lean on a chair and hold your breath.
