jservedio Posted November 17, 2014 Share Posted November 17, 2014 Yes they are definitely strong enough in terms of total light, but they aren't all that great in terms of spectrum with only Cool White and Royal Blue - you would definitely want to customize that kit to get a much wider spectrum. Way less white (and use Warm White instead of cool white) and more Violet, Royal Blue, and Blue with maybe a couple of Lime and Red. Acros will definitely survive and grow under that light, but it definitely isn't great. There are some people on here who are super knowledgeable about LEDs and setting up a really good full spectrum system. Search for some of the stuff by JediMasterBen. Link to comment
