Clown with open mouth - not eating

I purchased a tank with fish and live rock, about two years old. The larger clown fish can't close his mouth and I haven't seen him eat once in three days. The previous owners said his jaw has always had this problem, but with me has no interest in brine or mysis shrimp. He doesn't even move towards it let alone try to eat.
