Does this mean the new UV unit's making inroads in keeping your dinos o' doom in check? OP- I keep checking the site for more macroalgae, preferably non-palatable ones but it looks like John's had a poor season. I've constructed a nearly perfect clean-up crew in my 9 gallon tank - they've eaten EVERYTHING algae-based except the chaetomorpha. BTW - any imports/unusual hermits in the mix that you received? Sometimes John does that and combined with his fuzzy math you can get some really neat ones! Link to comment

I'm new to the SW hobby - but I know there is some definitely cool guys/shells in the tank. He threw in some very interesting critters. My buddy ordered with me and one of the hermits he got in his bag was absolutely monsterous. Not only that - but these guys for real dispersed so quickly. I dumped them at the bottom of the tank right off my feeder lid - and thought they'd be there within a day or two - an hour later 90% of them were gone. Link to comment
mystersyster Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 I got my order yesterday. I didn't order any hermits, but I got four so far that seemed to have slipped through the cracks and made it. I'm not complaining. 30 bucks and I got a ton of snails. Link to comment

Ordered all my dry rock and clean up crews through out my years in the hobby and he has never disappointed. If something isn't right, he will make it right in no time. Link to comment
