I found my old notes on silica, that I took during my conversation with Charles from Spectrapure.

Colloidal silica is a large molecule and RODI units will remove it.

Silicic Acid and boric acid are weakly ionized and difficult to remove.

Resins aren't selective. If it can remove silica, it will also remove arsenic, nitrates, phosphates. If you can take out silica, you can take out everything.

Soluble silica is reactive silica. It is ionized. It is dependent on pH.

I told you that Yellow tang was gonna be an asshole. I don't think there's another marine fish I dislike more than a goddamn Yellow Tang. Get rid of it and go Purple.

At work, one of the conference rooms has this really cool glass wall that switches from clear to frosted by flipping a switch.
