[ID] What's taking over my live rock?

My tank has been humming along fine, and then in the also couple of days this yellow looking stuff has broke out all over one of my rocks. Can someone help me ID the substance and what I can do about it. Thanks!

Yeah, looks sponge or colonial tunicates.

 

They'll typically grow only out of light and will die back if they don't have the nutrients or food to grow. Do you feed frozen? My sponges and tunicates tend to explode when I feed rods or another high quality frozen.

Yep you nailed it. Stared using Rod's a few weeks ago. Guess they're right when they say they're a complete food. :)
