Good start :)

When the cycle starts to come to an end.... and you see diatoms/algae... add the CUC... wait a week and if all is good you can start with either coral or fish.

If you don't have a lot of die off on the rock, you may need to add something like fish food to jump start the cycle or at least feed the bacteria.

You just have to be a lot more cautious in saltwater. You can only keep 1 or 2 small fish in your tank, a pair of Clownfish would look really nice in there. I suggest that you learn how your tank works (each system is different) sort your parameters out and slowly start adding fish and coral. Do a bunch of research on every piece of livestock you want to add, ask on this forum (everyone's helpful and has knowledge to share) and last but not least, have fun!

If that rock is from a local fish store and is cured(pulled from one of their tanks) you can add fish right away.

Be careful chosing your fish because with a tank so small it doesnt leave you much room for choices.

Don't add anymore than 2 fish at this time.

Alot of fish are teritorial and you will have troubles being the tank is small. Avoid damsels. Cardinals, chromis, firefish are all peaceful and would be a good start. If you add clown(s) first adding other fish later may be a problem. Adding clowns at all may be a problem they can get very fussy in small tanks with other fish.

feed once a day only what the fish can consume in 60 secs

Even if you use 100% live rock, you should not add fish right away. This is because some of the organisms within the live rock will die off on your trip home from the fish store and your tank will still have to cycle. Using live rock will speed up the cycling process, but you need to test your water regularly.
