basser1
Will these make the Vortechs obsolete??? Link to comment
Hexadron
Well it all depends. I think the mp10 still has a place in the nano world - as the 35w Gyre is still too big for a lot of nano's while the mp10 fits nicely. Form factor plays a big part. Long tanks though... Heck yea, Gyre all the way! Link to comment
farkwar
Will these make the Vortechs obsolete??? Yes. Sell youre MP10s if you can. Mine is going in the bottom of a frag tank. Link to comment
Reefwiser
Look for lots of MP 10 and MP40's for sell the first of the year. They need to make a 15 watt mode of the Gyre. Link to comment
Wiinberg
How come the 50w model being sold in Europe as 60w? Link to comment
StrainedSky
What size tank is the 50w recommended for ? Was thinking of replacing my two MP10's with one on my 30L. Link to comment

The 50w is best in 120+ gallon tanks. You can turn it down to very low, but it's a lot of wasted potential. I'd wait for the 35w. Link to comment

NirvanaandTool
Any idea on pricing for the 35w? Wondering if 2 35s on alternating flow would be better than 1 50. Link to comment
