Hey all,

I have read a few negative things about the customer service from Build My LED. Figured it was worth mentioning that my experience with them was great. I got a confirmation (normal), then I got an update from the tech when he started the build. The update let me know what the process was going to be and approximately how long it was going to take. I think it may have taken a whopping 1 day longer than approximate build time before it shipped out. Shipping confirmation was sent out as well. All in all I thing I got three emails from them including the very impressive laid out "this is what we are going to be doing to build and test your lights" email. I don't know if I just got lucky or if they have gotten the feedback... But I was actually pretty impressed.

Figured good feedback is just as helpful.

BTW as always their work was great. I have never heard anyone knock that!!

Just a follow up on this thread. The tank has been up and running for some time now. I can honestly say that I have NEVER gotten corals to pop this much under LEDs!! I recently debated moving to a Radion model, for the programability but realized that there would really be no advantage since I would simply be trying to recreate the lighting I get from this light! I don't know why I would pay extra to be able to tweak my lighting if I was simply trying to get this exact spectrum. Killer spectrum.

I currently have it hooked up to the dimmer you can order from them. However, I will shortly be setting up a Neptune Apex on the tank (still sitting in the box waiting for me to have the time) and will hook it up to that for sunrise and sunset functions -since the light is Apex ready.

Still blown away by the craftsmanship of this fixture!
