6 drops is going to have a very negligible effect on your calcium in a 20 gallon tank.....according to the reef calculator (http://reef.diesyst.com/chemcalc/chemcalc.html) you should be adding about 5 and a half teaspoons to raise your calcium from 380 to at least 400 (kent tech cb and kent nano reef have the same concentration).

You should also measure your cal/alk consumption over the course of a day once you raise your calcium to the desired level, and then dose to meet that need

Other factors that could be effecting your calcium reading: imbalanced alk or magnesium. Do you have measurements for those?

And so what your saying is I'm adding too less?

You're definitely not adding enough to raise the calcium from 360-380 up to an acceptable value. That would take significantly more than 6 drops. Whether or not 6 drops is good enough for maintaining calcium once you bring it up over 400 is another matter, which depends on the stocking of your tank. That can only be determined by measuring your daily consumption rate
