metrokat
It should be noted that the acceptable level of potassium in the aquarium is 350.000 - 450.000 mg/L Link to comment
Mr. Microscope
Awesome! Thanks for doing the math here. I recently made up a saturated solution of KCl and K2SO4 7:1. It's a bit stronger. According to my calculations, 1mL will raise K 1.33ppm in my 120L (about 32 gallons). I've been dosing 20mL with water changes and will monitor changes in corals. Hoping to get more pink out of my bubble gum milli. I may increase that, but I'm taking it extremely slow since I don't trust my K test kit. Link to comment
basser1
It can't be stressed enough to test if you dose daily, like I do. Link to comment

Jstn
Yes by no means just start adding stuff for no reason, test test test! But if you want to experiment, I doubt adding 20 ppm to your tank will hurt it, and watch how the corals react. Back in my zeovit days I used to dose 20 mL per week, now that I am on vinegar only I havent dropped a bit according to my salferts test in over a month. Link to comment
gus6464
Interesting how much Potassium he runs on this tank. I have been dosing a lot of Potassium but low and slow and Acros are loving it. Link to comment
