If there's still stuff coming out of the head then remove it. If not, then you can leave it.

 

If your tank is like 100g+ then you can leave it in the tank regardless

or u can cut the skeleton to have more space once the other heads start splitting

Thanks. I think I'll just leave it until the other heads split. I already see one head with 2 mouths. I was just worried if there is any harm if I don't remove it.

You can leave it. Sometimes dead heads like that sprout new flesh so it's a good idea and it won't hurt it at all to leave it. If it doesn't sprout a new head you can remove it.
