gus6464
My 50g tank with hybrid quad nanobox pucks has been sitting there for 2 months. Never really had a cycle since I started with established live rock. Been dosing microbacter 7 and KZ sponge power. I've dropped tons of frozen food in the tank at random times and no ammonia spike. Nitrates 0. Picking up a big order of coral in 3 hours which I got at a super price. 5 acans 2 micromussa 7 acros 1 frogspawn Excited and scared at same time. Should I do a 10g water change before dropping in coral to be on the safe side? Net volume is 39g. Link to comment
ElmoC
I'd suggest picking up some new test kits while you are at it. Even with a fully cycled tank, there should be nitrates. Are you using an API kit? Link to comment
atrox
You should be fine, corals produce very little in terms of waste. If you were adding 6 fish it would be another story. No water change is not needed. Link to comment

gus6464
I can't figure out the white balance of my camera but here's an FTS. Don't mind the hair algae there is a lawnmower blenny coming tomorrow that will love the feast. Frogspawn was extending within 30 mins of being in the tank. Even the acros were extending and changing colors within the hour. The nanobox pucks with the T5' are damn good. Link to comment
