Clown acting funny. Please help.

Hey all I have had a clown for about 2-3 years. It was the larger of a pair (male jumped 2 months ago). Last Thursday I bought a small clown. They paired right away and have been together since. 2 days ago the female started acting funny (no pun intended). It's not coming out too much anymore and definitely stopped eating. Not sure what happened. No spots. Not swimming funny. I also added a randalls goby. No problem there. The female clown is swimming toward the bottom of the tank which she had never done before.

Thanks in advance.

There could be a lot of things. But 2 that come to my head are:

1. It could be trying to find their "home". The female tends to guard a certain spot to make sure no one tries to claim it first. This could last a few days.

2. She could be getting harassed by other fish. Could also be the new clown fish. Pairing up a fish doesn't happen in a day or two. Takes more than that.

For either one, I would keep an eye on it and make sure it eats. Try spot feeding it also.

Good luck.
