Chardie3342
Can anyone help me figure out if these are dinoflagellates? And if they are how do I get rid of them? Link to comment
CronicReefer
Its possible but it looks a lot like cyanobacteria to me. Dinoflagellates aren't usually so black. If it is cyano just increase the water flow to that area and reduce your nitrates/phosphates and it should go away. Link to comment

CronicReefer
You can suck up a lot of it with a turkey baster or just siphon it up the next time you do a water change. Link to comment
