cswan19
Can a ricordea Yuma and a ricordea Florida touch without any ill effects? I have a small 5g tank with a small ric garden with about 5 ricordea Florida's and I have been eyeing a Yuma at my LFS. Can I safely add a Yuma into the middle of my ricordea florida garden? Has anyone had any experience with having these two different types of ricordea touch before? How did it end? Thanks Link to comment
atrox
They can touch, with no ill effects. Watch for crowding they will compete for space. Link to comment
Amy
I have both kinds but they are not touching each other yet. I have seen many tanks with both kinds touching but I don't know if they will harm one another, I would like to know this as well. I know that Rics in general love to be with each other and from experience they do way better touching each other, my Florida's touch and they just love it and look so happy. My one Yuma is on a plug which I have just to the side of the Floridas but does not touch them. Will watch for others comments as well. Link to comment
