lkoechle
So, because of having a baby, I'm doing freshwater for a while. I have a 4 gallon betta community tank set up. Recently, I was going through the freezer and found my leftover Rod's. I was wondering if I could feed it to my freshwater fish folks. I already fed them tonight with it and they all went mad, the whole tank really enjoyed it. Is there any reason I shouldn't continue to feed them Rod's? Link to comment
seabass
Many prepared foods for tropical freshwater fish contain seafood. I don't see that using up this food would be a problem. Link to comment
Reef guy
I used the breeders blend on my freshwater tanks. My lfs feeds all of his tanks fresh and salt with it. Link to comment
lkoechle
I e-mailed Rod and he said he thinks it should be fine. It's definitely better then 90% of the crap they're selling as fish food. Rod also said they're working on a freshwater blend. That's exciting. I definitely think there is a market for it. Link to comment
