Aquarium Specialty - Another Tibbsy Approved Vendor

I recently ordered an IM Nuvo Fusion 10 gallon aquarium from these guys. I had been having trouble getting a tank from IM due to the enormous amount of orders they had to fill. I contacted Aquarium Specialty through their chat window on their website.

 

First, let's just talk about that chat function. It was AMAZING! Quick, to the point, easy to do at work without having to be on the phone.

 

I chatted with a woman named Kelly. She was wonderful to work with and a lot of help. She guaranteed that there were 2 tanks waiting to be purchased and there were no orders ahead of me. I ordered, and she told me the second the order came up on her screen. They sent the tank that day (stuff ordered before 3pm EST ships that day) and I got the package the very next day (I'm within the 1 day shipping area). The package arrived safe and sound with everything intact.

 

I will definitely be ordering through AS again - and I recommend y'all do the same.
