Where did you get the stand?

Made it long time ago can't remember with my father but tank was too big for the stand so i made hardwood top to it and screwed it in and was lucky to find a spray paint the same color.

It is real hard wood

A foxface in a 40g tank? We are really pushing the envelope now...

Its going to outgrow that tank so fast...its a 9" fish...

I was more scared about putting a tang in because i had over growth of hair algae and i was going to add more fish after and tangs have more territorial I know it because I study them. The foxface is doing good and if he gets too big will bring him back to my work or buy a bigger tank hehehe :D

What are the dimensions of this thing?

36 1/2 L X 18 3/8 W x 14 H Love this one

Added into my tank a Long nose Hawkfish that is doing great as of right now but only see him at dawn.

I just got one too! My Long nose stays out all day, I'm sure yours will come around.

Thanks! his stomach was pretty sunk in when I got him, but he is eating well, hoping to fatten him up quickly. He was a bit lithargic off the rip, active all day now!

Fish tank is much better now that I use RO/DI instead of tap water (I just thought it would make it better). I had a lot of die off and corals get lost and crabs eating half of my fish getting eaten. I have so far added; tiger tail sea cucumber and blue spot jawfish. tank is moving to more stable rate than before everything is happy such as corals and fish and inverts. I have waited 2-3months of water changes during the summer till I added more things into the tank.
