Is this a flat worm? Is this a Pineapple Sponge?

I have never actually seen the flat worm thing move, but it does look like one.

 

Is the furry white thing a pineapple sponge?

 

The polyps on the torch arent really extended cause I had already switch the lights off.

Sorry but it is hard to tell what you are referring to in those photos. If you touch the object that you think may be a flatworm and it scurries off then it likely it but a better picture would help.
