Clownfish/Anemone and Flow Question

Hey guys, so I have two snowflake clowns that host a BTA in my 19 gallon acrylic cube (18x14x13). I use an RW-4 as it is primarily an SPS dominant tank but I just wanted to ask, is it too much flow if the clownfish are constantly swimming throughout the night? I know clownfish have a tendency to "sleep" in their anemones but I don't want to piss them all off with the added flow. It's turned on the lowest setting which should be less than 150 GPH but it's much stronger than my previous koralia 240, and I have it flowing so it hits all corners and flows back like a boomerang.

Here's a picture just to show that it appears they don't bear the complete brunt of the power head, but still get a lot of flow

They are fine... flow sounds light and not too strong... survival of the fittest, all good. wouldnt change anything or the nem might move and jump into the powerhead, all too common with the btas

My clowns - have 3 pair - and they pair up matching colors! - they all swim in the main pump flow after eating. Working out ?

Not all six, they take turns. From time to time a pair splits up and they begin to hunt for each other. The other agressive fish don't bother them - maybe because there 6 in total.??. They started as small tiny ones, now are over an inch long. They are more impressive. Martin

I have my WP10 on a timer so that it's off at night. I would suggest doing the same.
