akara
Dear all,I am thinking of changing my fluorescent light tube with LED Tubes, T8. I would like to skip the process of changing or overlapping the ballasts. I found that Cree and philips provide compatible LED tubes. However, I would like to know something more about them before making the investment. So could anyone help me with some reviews, comments, complaints, suggestions etc.Thank you all in advance. evilc66
Are these being used for an aquarium? You didn't really state if that would be the case. Those T8 replacements really aren't suited for a reef application at the very least. If this is for general lighting, then there are other forums that will have more relevant information regarding this type of LED retrofit. Link to comment

Where should I place my question? Could you please help me? I appreciate it, thank you. Link to comment
evilc66
Candlepowerforums.com Good place for general lighting information, although, it's a primarily flashlight focused site. Beyond that, I'm not sure. As good as we are here with LED lighting, general lighting applications aren't well covered here. Link to comment
