aviator300
I've got several zoa frags that have been stunted and then today i found 3 little spots on the side of one of the Zoa frag plugs When i magnified them i could see there were 3 separate little critters all lined up on this plug and i got the best picture i could. What do these look like to you guys? http://minus.com/i/blRiJ03wMzOne http://minus.com/i/bmqeFxGFzeM4O Link to comment
LikeButtuh
The first picture made them look like flatworms, but the second makes them look like some kind of egg sac. You have those frags in quarantine at the moment? Sorry I wasn't much help. Link to comment
aviator300
That's ok, they really stump me too. I'm hoping that someone will look at the pics and BINGO, they will know right off. As far as quarantine goes, i have no QT right now. I scraped all 3 spots off and looked over the frag with a magnifying glass. I then dripped FS H202 on the frag where the spots were and put it back into the tank. I've had this frag for over 3 months and i suspect whatever was on it was already in the tank and may infect others. On the other hand, it may turn out to be nothing bad at all and thats why i'm hoping someone can ID them so i can just forget them or treat the whole tank. Link to comment
