charnelhouse
Hi all. I have a Devil's Hand that has been in my tank for a week now. It is doing great generally speaking, full polyp extension, great color & seems to be happy. Part of the reason I picked the DH was so my Citron Goby would have somewhere to perch at night (tank won't support acropora) and that is happening. The problem being that with the goby perching on it at night, when it "wakes up" in the morning it is folded over and getting snagged on a rock. This doesn't happen every day, in fact this is only the second time I've seen it (the first time I helped it off the rock with my baster). The frag is glued down due to hermit crabs knocking stuff over when it wasn't glued. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it work itself out? Link to comment
xEL Chupacabrax
Imo the coral will do better if left alone to work it out I would only move it if there are signs of tissue recession/damage Link to comment

clownfitch
Ya if you like where it is and IT likes where it is just leave it be. They grow really fast and will work out the snagging issue on it's own. Link to comment
