flobees
Hi everyone I am about to start this hobby with Saltwater. I have two fresh water tanks at the moment and have always wanted a do a saltwater tank. But it was too much commitment as I used to travel a lot. Now that I have retired I have time now. I am having an acrylic 20gl tank made as I could not find ones I like. And also have ordered a Nanobox Duo with bluefish controller (my 50th b'day present from wife) from Dave. Been reading up and anything and everything to do with Saltwater. Just wanted to introduce myself here. I am sure in the coming months I will have lots of questions. Thanks Hi everyone my tank is now 2 months old and wanted to update how it is going along. First got the tank the unboxing... Water test My stonework and Dr Seuss inspired cover also lights from Dave from NanoBox Reef and not forgetting Spencer from Bluefish A bit of slime and advice from people here peroxide and scrub My dog Wilber loves it and shows his approval Daughter left me a gift....made me jump when lights came on My tank today....want to have lots of macro and Gorg for my future Seahorse tank in a year Thanks everyone for all the input and help given to me on my short journey. Will update when it's time to Link to comment

markalot
Looks nice, that's a big fan! So what are you planning for live corals, if any? For Seahorses, have you seen Dawns tank(s)? http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/350298-dawns-lps-reef-and-seahorse-tanks-the-babies-got-homes/page-17#entry4967328 Link to comment

Maniu
I had those also I picked up a sixline and sapphire damsel they keep it under controlYup, Springeri's damsel did the trick for me as well. Some people had luck with 6 line and yellow coris but it is a hit or miss with those two. Can someone tell me what this is? Flatworm (Acoel) = not really desirable kind in reef tank. Can multiple to plague proportions. Link to comment
