tdannhauser30 Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Hello everyone, i have a nano cube 28 and right now i have the cheap coralife biocube protein skimmer in it. While it does work somewhat, it is very tempermental and only produces a yellow colored skimmate. Anyone have any good experiences with any specific skimmers on this tank? i would prefer no mods but if its really worth it i would do it. Any input would be helpful!!! Link to comment

jestep Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Octopus BH1000 fits around the back perfectly so you can still use the media chamber. The pump is also outside the tank so less likely to contribute heat to the water. Link to comment
