ReeferBoo
Ok, so I'm going on vacation for around 5 days later this month. Problem is the tank can only be fed pellets while I'm away and my Banggai does not eat anything other than the frozen stuff. You think it could survive 5 days without frozen food? I've tried not putting in frozen food for 3 days before then just feeding the other fish their usual dry food, the Banggai would take the pellets then just spit it out. Link to comment
MikeTR
Yes they'll be fine. Feed good before you leave and when you get back. It's common practice to starve fish for a couple days before they are shipped out. Link to comment

jservedio
Yeah five days is perfectly fine. Just feed twice as much as normal the week before you leave to ensure he is nice and fat. Some fish won't handle more than a couple days without food, but a bangaii will. Link to comment
