khriistian Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Definitely a split, if your other corals are fine, I think its because your tank is healthy enough for her to split? Or maybe she was stressed out and decided to split to increase the chance of survival, or it might be something else. About removing it, if you think you have enough space for both small anemones now, you should leave it imo. If removing is what you want, well I have removed some but it takes time and patience if you try to remove you go gently and slow if you can grab the part where her legs are if not wait till she is moving and try that agai. Another way would be taking the rock out but I dont think you want to do that. Link to comment

It was pretty big before the split (8-10 inches across). I would love to remove it as I dont want it messing with my corals. Going to try removing it, but if I cant I will just leave it.
