wow.such.chris
I just came home from a week+ of field work and I found what looks like a bunch of black dots on my clownfish about the size of a larger salt grain. What is it and how can I help my fish? Black spot? Sorry for the awful picture quality, just trying to be quick about this. Link to comment
TristanC
Not positive but black spots like that can be sting marks from the clown trying to host a coral. Link to comment
hey
I am going to second the black spots as potential coral stings. My clown had these and they faded in a few months. As long as the spots aren't raised and the fish are acting normally things are probably fine. Link to comment
wow.such.chris
Alright, thanks for the replies. I hope you are right. She doesn't seem to behaving strangely but I thought I may have seen some "itching" behavior out of her. probably just me over observing. Link to comment
