used jbj 30 gallon biotope

so i just recently purchased a used jbj 30 gallon rimless biotope. I have a small 12 gallon nano cube set up with two clowns, watchman goby and pistol shrimp, peppermint shrimp, hermits, snails and some corals. What would be the process for me to transfer this into the new tank??? what would you guys suggest for me to do with this tank to get it ready as far as to cleaning it??. I would appreciate any feed back... Thank you

I would clean the 30g thoroughly with a mixture of vinegar and water and add elbow grease. Personally I would get new sand and add some of your rocks from your running tank to get a cycle going, and then add your livestock once it's finished its cycle.
