Black spot on clownfish

I just found out there is a lot of black spot on my clown two days ago he been hosting on a torch for over a year. Is this black ick or just sting from the torch? Sorry for the bad picture because it keep on moving.

I had the same thing on my clowns before. I couldn't figure out what is was but it went away on it's own. Most likely it's a irritation from some coral in the tank. I wouldn't worry about it.
