Mozimo
It sure has been awhile since I have posted on Nano-Reef, what better way to re-introduce myself than with a tank build! It has been a little over a year since I graduated college and I have finally secured a full-time job, which equals me moving out of my parents house, which ALSO equals me treating myself to a TANK UPGRADE!!! After lots of research I have settled on the Innovative Marine Fusion 40. I am going with brand new equipment except for my lighting, the only thing I will be transferring over from my old bow-front will be my two fish and mostly all my coral. It is still a week and a half till I move out and set up the tank, in the meantime I will be building a stand. Mozimo
Finally started on the tank stand today! I got the frame completed, it took a couple hours, but that made the beer taste that much better after!!! The girlfriend and I are going to finish it with some stained/painted 3/4" pine during the week, can't wait to get it set up! The next activity was trying to figure out an aquascape before I cure the rock, hopefully I can get some input from my fellow reefers Option#1 Option#2 Option#3 But thats enough for one day, I am going to enjoy some beer! Mozimo
Not to much to update on. Went to Home Depot and picked up a sheet of 3/4" maple plywood to finish the stand. I am going with a dark stain and a white door, the door will be held by magnets, so it pops right off! Also, got some of my supplies in the mail! Whenever there is a sale on EcoTech products you gotta jump on it The tank will be wet this weekend! Can't wait! Link to comment
Mozimo
It's been a busy week and a half with moving into the new place. Finally got the tank finished last week, I went with a pop off magnet door (still need to add the handles) (What it looks like with handles) Oh and I finally got the tank wet! I planned on doing last night but a storm rolled through and the power was out for 6 hours. I will be transferring a few pieces and fish over after the cycle is done. I still need to cleanup the wires and get my ato setup as well as my media reactor, as well as get those handles on the door! Link to comment

Mozimo
I know I have been neglecting this page, but here are some updates! The tank has been up for a few weeks now, I have transferred over my Bangaii Cardinal and my remaining coral from my old 36 bowfront. The old tank was taken down last week and everything is doing great in the new tank! These pictures are from last week, I added some new zoas, a brain frag, a stunning acid green hammer and a scarlet cleaner shrimp! I'll have another picture update later this week Link to comment
