People using an Aquaclear HOB filter with cheato, how much flow?

How much flow do you guys use with the Aquaclear and cheato? All the way up, half way, or at the lowest setting?

I have an AC50, InTank media basket & their 10watt submersible light, i run it about half to 3/4 and have to prune every two weeks.

I have the AC110 on a 15G long, started at 50% but as the macroalgae grows you can increase the flow slowly. I've been running it at full since the 4th month and pruning every week

The 10 watt submersible 6599k from InTank, works great as i have two of them on different set ups, cheap too!
