dkuster
I have a ~15 gal. nano cube, 16" x 16" x 16". I want to keep mainly zoas and acans. Which PAR38 LED lamp would be best for my application? I would think the 14K full spectrum would give the best color rendition, but might not make the colors "pop". The 20K full spectrum would make the colors "pop", but would it be too blue? Or, should I be considering a different bulb? (40 Watt?) Thanks for the help, -dan Link to comment
CoralCompulsion
For zoas and Acans, most people usually prefer the 20k bulb as it makes their fluorescent colors pop a lot more. Also that bulb would be sufficient for that size tank. Only other option would be one of our new 35w bulbs, which are dimmable, and you could dim it down a bit so it is not overpowering on the tank.
