Mirya
I'm planning the fish for my Caribbean-themed Nuvo24. I know for sure I want a Yellowheaded Jawfish as I love their personalities. I know they can be shy, so I was thinking of adding that fish first. In terms of other bottom dwelling fish I as thinking of maybe a Rusty Goby or Saddled Blenny. For free swimming fish I was contemplating a few different basslets. I know basslets of the same species might fight, like Black Caps, but I was wondering about different genuses of basslets. For example a Royal Gramma and a Swissguard/Peppermint Basslet. If they are compatible, what order should I add them, at the same time? Derp, a mod can delete this thread. IDK why I did a forum search after I posted... I fond a few old posts on this topic. The responses to those threads was either "No, don't cross the streams!" or "Try adding the Swissguard first." Unfortunately, no reports on anyone actually doing it and how it went. Link to comment
1.0reef
IMO it's safer to pair two Gramma's (Male and Female obviously) than to house them with more peaceful basslets. Link to comment
