Biocube intank fuge flow

I have the intank media basket and fuge in chamber 2 of my Biocube but having issues with the chaeto turning brown... have the submersible light also... my main question is that it seems like there is no water movement in the fuge basket. Has anyone had this issue or has done something to create some flow?

Few things I have to ask...Did you jam pack it full of Cheato or did you start with a small amount? Normally cheato turns clear not brown when it is having issues. does it look burnt, or is this a slime growing on the surface? As for your question, there is not much surface movement, but is does move some back there. You might be able to find a small pump or put an airline tube back there to get it moving more.
