So I was moving some coral and lifted my trachyphyllia off the sand bed, a shit ton bristle worms came off the bottom. I've seen one here and there and never really worried, just curious if they can be detrimental to the health of my corals, inverts, and fish?

Thanks

nope. they are really good to have in your tank. They will regulate there population to how much food there is.
