Help -Process to change router WiFi connection and update with Blink?

I am having problems getting my bluefish to connect to my new router

 

I changed routers and the next day my Lights did not come on.

 

I assume this was the new router so started looking for process to change netwrks

 

I went to configure blink up found new router, selected it and entered SSID and Wi-Fi password

Send Blink up

went thru the flashing lights process

got to configuring and then receive Blink up Failed are you connected to wifi... try again.

 

I am and I did

 

What am I missing here?

Hi Dave,

 

You will need to observe the LED on the top of the Imp card to determine what the problem is. This page will be helpful: http://electricimp.com/docs/troubleshooting/blinkup/

 

It's the same info that's in the quickstart guide, but there are videos if you need help deciphering the LED codes.

 

Also, you don't need to create a new account. If you blinkup when logged into your original account, your settings will be retained.
