I currently have a reef breeders value led but it's not covering the whole area enough.

What do you guys think I should use?

My goal is SPS dominated.

What are my options for supplementary T5? I don't want to spend a ton of money and ditch LED completely for an ATI fixture. Are there cheaper T5 fixtures out there that would work?

I have a 30x30x18 cube. I was running a 4 bulb 24" t5 as a temp set up. I gave in and bought two quad units from Dave at nanobox with a storm x controller.

The beginning I was going to run two 24" fish need it 4 bulbs with ATI bulbs. But gave in to the LED goodness.

Since you don't want to ditch the LED fixture completely and want to add T5s to supplement, you might have to go with the DIY route and get some T5 retrofits (2 T5s in front of the LED fixture and 2 more behind it). Or get some Aquaticlife 2X24W T5 fixtures (but that might be an eyesore).

If you do get rid of your LEDs however, I suggest this.

Didn't know about retrofits....

So basically one of these kits plus bulbs each side?

That will work. You'll want to make an enclosure that fits over the entire thing. I believe you'll love the results of the 4x24 T5s+ the LED value fixture. Alternatively, you could get a second value fixture.
