greelik
I've just been cycling a new biocube, and I found a very strange worm or something on my rock. I found these two youtube video's of what look(and move) exactly like the one in my tank. I couldn't get a picture of mine as I only noticed it with the lights out. And when I turned them on, its immediately started retracting, just sort of curling into its self as it got shorter and shorter. Is this something to worry about? or can I leave it be, it seemed to just be scavenging on my rocks. I have no fish or corals in the tank yet, so it would be easy to just pick out the rock and hopefully find his origin. Link to comment
Dr.Brain Coral
That would be a peanut worm. Don't worry they are beneficial. Link to comment
greelik
Great, thank so much. Now it seems all too easy to find all the info I need now that I know the name haha. Link to comment
