Apogee meter and 4-core SemiLED violet LEDs (400-420nm)

How off is the Apogee sensor with these LEDs? Some places say 10-15% while others say as much as 50% off. If going by this chart it's close to 45% so basically double the readout right?

They contain three different LED wavelengths of about the same power in each, so adjust accordingly.

The chip I got is the Rapidled one which has 2x 400-410 and 2x 410-420. My meter is reading 22 PAR to the substrate at 700ma. In reality it's more like 45?

Hi gus6464.

 

Rapidled has used the crystals with the weakest efficacy of violet LEDs to constructing 4-core LED to achieving the best price. However, error of Apogee in violet part of spectrum depend on exact wavelength. In area near to 400nm this error approximately 3 times, near to 420nm this error is near 2 times.
