I purchased the RKL from him a couple weeks ago, it took him nearly a week to even get it shipped and then it had more than one problem upon arrival. After numerous attempts to get seller to send me his return address, he finally did so. I sent the package back with delivery signature confirmation, which he received 2 days ago. After another 24 hours of non-response, he said he still needed to open the box to see if everything was there and he would send refund right away. Still no word from him, or refund. I have now had to open a paypal claim to try to get my money back. I don't believe he knew the item was damaged and intentionally mailed me a broken item, however, dealing with him and his reluctance to rectify the situation has been less than stellar.
