Choosing a Cheap Power Supply for Mean Well LDD-1000HW dimmable driver

I'm working on DIY LED setup and want to be able to control it using my arduino uno. Rapid LEDs recommended I go with the LDD Drivers for this and suggested I find a power supply.

The setup is:

2 x 5w and 4 X 3w LEDs and using the Mean Well LDD-1000HW dimmable driver.

So my questions are:

  1. would a 25 v 360w 15A power supply be adequate/appropriate? I found that on Ebay for $19.00 as opposed to the $50.00 Mean Well SE-350-48.
  2. how do I figure out the correct amount of watts, volts and amps for my setup?

Volts are determined by the forward voltage of each LED added together, plus 3v for the driver. Use the LED datasheet to determine what the forward voltage will be at a particular current.

Amps are determined by the drivers max output, in this case 1A. You generally don't want to run the power supply at it's max rating, so get something with more current than you need.

Watts are volts times amps.
