LED Troubleshooting

I've had the same DIY setup for almost exactly a year and ran into an issue today. I have 2 parallel series, each coming off their own Meanwell LDD-700HW and connected to a single power supply. Each series has 9 LEDs on it and has provided the perfect amount of light until today. One of my series continues to run as before, but the other is very dim. I'm not sure why this is happening although I do have a couple thoughts. I'm just hoping someone else has another suggestion. One of my thoughts is that my wiring has gotten loose because I move my light each day to feed. However I feel like that would be an all or nothing thing. My other thought is that the dimmer in the driver somehow got changed. I just taped off the end after I bought it because I decided not to use the dimming functionality. Does anyone else have any idea on what could be the issue? I will be building a new light for a larger tank soon, so I think I'm going to purchase a new power supply and some drivers for that and then confirm that the issue on my current tank isn't from either of those.

You mention your wires might be loose, are they? Dim LEDs is possibly a problem of pulling too much voltage, which could for some reason mean that your LED strings are no longer in parallel.
