Best emitter choices, LED lighting for a 30B.

I am looking at putting together a DIY LED build for lighting for a 30 breeder fish tank, and was wondering what people with some more DIY expertise would pick for their emitters. Currently I am using Luxeon ES 3 emitters from Steve's LEDs, but was thinking about going with something more powerful, I have a bit less blue than I would like but was thinking of upgrading when I upgrade using a 24v power supply if I can find one cheap.

My current fixture has 7x blue Luxeon e3s, 4x white, 2x hyperviolet, 1x cyan

I would like to use these again in my new build, and have 1 700ma constant current supply and one 1A Dimmable constant current supply running of an 16v laptop power supply.

What emitters should I add? I am trying to stay under $100 with this build since I have parts I can reuse, and will be sourcing heatsink materials for $20. If I stick with Steve's parts I can grab a 2x1A driver and 2x E12's, but I think I should upgrade my power supply to a 24v model and get more emitters per driver.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Better options than Steves?

Under $100 probably won't happen IMHO

I haven't even built my setup or started it, but looking at the cost, its close to $800 for me, and I'm planning to cover a 40B.

Should be able to shave that down to $600 unless you want some really specific lights.

Hmm, I have spent a good deal less than that lighting just my BC 14, was planning to slightly more than double the current lighting on it. Since I plan on re-using stuff I already have what was listed above, and most everything in my tank has been happy under it so I was just planning to add a bit more to get the coverage I want

Was mainly just looking for what diodes people would pick for royal blue and hyperviolet then, I have 3x1A 22v drivers to play with and a 700mA 36v driver. If you had to use those drivers, and were limited by that, what would you add?
