Cadlights customer service.

Let me say these guys have been more than helpful. They have answered every pm and phone call, as well as any questions with prompt response. There customer service has improved leaps and bounds over the last year, IMO.

 

 

 

 

 

I recently dropped and broke my PLS-50. They saw that this happened while reading a thread and sent me a pm offering to address a problem with my skimmer not working properly and offering to fix the broken bracket at no cost to me.

 

 

 

 

 

I spoke with cad today and they have been running the skimmer on a tank for a few days, ensuring it's performance was up to the quality standards others have had and heard about. I will soon be receiving back my skimmer, free from any defects and a fixed bracket. All I had to pay for was shipping to to cad.

 

 

 

 

 

I wanted to post this in an attempt to reasure others that dealing with cad nowadays is easy and painless for the customer. Thanks, cadlights!

That is awesome and I'm glad to hear it. I love my Cadlights tank and reactor. I hope I never have to contact customer service but I'm glad they are there if I need them.

I'm glad you had good service from them,when I got my 7 gallon from them,I didn't get a response until after maybe the 4-5 voicemail and when I got the tracking number,it was already here in Florida... Not saying I wouldn't order from them again,because I would. But I'm glad to hear their customer service has gotten better !!!!



I try to tell people but I guess not everyone is willing!

Also,I didn't know you had a IG Tron !!! Now I can get my daily coral fix lol you have a new follower omgomgomg

I was considering their 8g plus skimmer, this helps me in figuring out who I want to get a tank from, so far leaning towards cadlights. Thanks for the post.

I hear ya. I had a cad 22 gallon and didn't get the best service/responses I needed. I guess I'm saying they have stepped up there game in the service dept.

i have the opposite experience...doesn't matter if you call the number listed on the site and leave a message or post on the online form or send an email to the email address listed - NO RESPONSE...terrible...now that they have my money on a brand new Artisan II they won't even return phone calls/emails

I'm sure you will receive a call pretty quick if you tell your bank to put a hold on those funds until you receive information from the company.

I've had a bad experience too. I recently sent them two emails regarding a replacement lid and never heard anything back. I've given up but I've never felt genuinely ignored by a company before. I love my CAD 8 though

I have a cadlights 8 lid you can have. I am in Carlsbad shoot me a pm.

I'm sorry to report that in my case, CAD Lights is a company of crooks. I'm just about to post my experience with them, but the long and the short of it is that they have not credited me for over $200 worth of returns, failed to return phone calls after promising to do so three separate times, and have never responded to my emails.
