Nate17
I sold pretty much all my coral and was looking for something cool and simple for my 10 gallon and I found a mantis at my LFS! It's very small, only about 1" long. Not sure what species but it's definitely a smasher, most likely a peacock or wennerae. It's found a little hole in some rock and I can see him peeking out all the time, my question is what should I try and feed it? There's millions of Copepods and amphipods in there, will it eat those? Also there's a lot of limpets in my tank. I attempted to get some pictures but he's so small so they aren't too great haha. You can just see his eyes peeking out Link to comment
Dr.Brain Coral
I dont have a mantis bu i am planning a mantis tank. I would try to feed him bits of raw scallops and shrimp. If you dont already have some buy some selcon which is what all the people who have mantis shrimp say to get Link to comment
