Need Led Input

So I just finished building a ldd driver board for my 6" MakersLED heatsink and I'm looking for input on what leds to use. The fixture is going over a standard 10g. The limitations of the design are only 3 channels of led control(3 ldd's), I bought one of the fire sale meanwell clg-150-36a, so max string voltage is ~ 40v equating to 10 leds max per string. Now with this setup tell me what leds/multichip/layout you would recommend. I realize if I chose a multichip setup I'd have to lump some of the channels together and sacrifice controllability which is fine. Thanks for the input!
